Spring-Ford
Youth Cheerleading

Youth Athletic League in cooperation with Spring-Ford Area School District

It is our goal in the Spring-Ford Youth Cheer League to teach your Cheerleader
the fundamentals of cheering in a structured and fun environment while
promoting positive self-esteem and confidence. The coaching staff and
supporters are dedicated to the growth and development of our young cheerleaders.
We will accomplish this by encouraging positive attitudes, healthy lifestyles,
teamwork and support for our community. We believe that in developing
these traits, our young members will not only be successful in cheerleading,
but successful in LIFE!

Flag- Ages 5/6
Knee High- Ages 7/8
Mites- Ages 9/10
Midget- Ages 11/12
Overview of the season (may be subject to change):
· August: UCA
Cheer Camp (price not included with registration)
FURTHER INFO to FOLLOW. · August:
Practices begin
· September: Games are played on Saturday
and Sunday. Your game day will be determined by what team you cheer for.
Flag teams will play on Saturday mornings at our home field. All other
squads will be required to travel to away games. · November: Blue / Gold
Games for all Spring-ford Youth Teams.
